Prepare pancakes on the stovetop griddle or bake brownies in the convection oven. Popcorn pops perfectly in the combination convection microwave.  Multiple dining options are available, including a kitchen bar that seats four and a dining table that extends to seat eight. BED & BATH  The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.  The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Nightstand lamps each have USB charging ports.   Doubling as a game room with a 42” smart TV and foosball table, the third bedroom is equipped with two twin daybeds with twin trundles below.  All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
