Located in the Bayberry Woods community, just a short distance from the ocean, boardwalk, and downtown area, you'll have easy access to all the local attractions while still enjoying a peaceful wooded setting off Garfield Parkway. This two-story townhouse is beautifully decorated and features a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. From the well-equipped kitchen with a Crockpot, Keurig, and electric skillet to the cozy living and dining areas, you'll feel right at home. The outdoor shower, located to the left of the porch, is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Enjoy the community's shared outdoor pool, tennis courts, and bike path, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation. Relax on the screened porch, or head to the shared Pickleball courts for a friendly game. With games, books, and puzzles for both adults and children, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're looking to relax on the deck with a cup of coffee from the Keurig or explore the nearby restaurants and shops, this townhouse offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience. With amenities like a washer/dryer, central AC, and Netflix streaming, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay. THINGS TO KNOW This home does not have any ground-floor bedrooms. No recreational vehicles or boats/trailers are to be parked in the community. No construction trailers or trash/debris containers are allowed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. PLEASE make sure the lid to the dumpster is closed after you have used it so that animals cannot get in it. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
