The community has private security, and the property is also conveniently close to several must-visit local attractions, including Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, the Whydah Pirate Museum, the Cranberry Valley Golf Course, and the Cape Cod Melody Tent for top-tier live entertainment, all less than 10 miles from your door. Don't worry; the cottage also has parking space for two small cars or one large car in the designated area adjacent to the vacation rental. Inside, this comfortable cottage boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with counter seating to make meal prep a snap! The bedroom is also fully furnished and has a smart TV to stream all your favorite channels. The living room has a custom bunk bed boasting comfortable sleeping arrangements. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
