Sit back, entertain, and relax in the light-filled living room and full kitchen complete with both a drip-style and a Keurig coffee maker. When extra warmth is needed, flip on the gas fireplace, and when you'd like to catch up on your favorite show, turn on the TV. The chef of your group will adore the kitchen's updated appliances, ample meal prep space, marble countertops, and expansive breakfast bar. When you aren't dining here, head for the formal dining table. Off this space, appreciate having access to a separate laundry room. With five bedrooms to choose from, rest assured that everyone will feel at home amongst the coastal-themed color palettes, wood finishes, and central air-conditioning. The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
