In this wonderful spot adjacent to Mount Snow Resort, you can hop on the MOOver bus to and from the slopes on weekends and holidays. - or even follow the ski-home trail when the conditions are right. Within the community of Bears Crossing, you'll have access to on-site amenities that include a heated pool, a tennis court, and Ping-Pong and foosball tables for some playful competition. Back at the house, an air hockey table and a collection of board games are available if you'd prefer to involve the entire family. Vaulted ceilings and natural lighting make up the cozy living room, adorned with leather seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a smart TV. If you need to plug into a project during your stay, a work desk is also available in this space. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen boasts all of the necessities you'll need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Follow your cooking sessions with family-style meals at the wooden dining table. With many bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that there is more than enough room for everyone. The interior amenities don't end there though! Also inside, appreciate having access to a washer/dryer, a portable crib, and free WiFi. Minutes from your vacation home, enjoy having access to two golf courses (Mount Snow Golf Club and the Hermitage Golf Club), as well as cross-country trails that happen to border the Vermont National Forest. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
