Two full Bedrooms, 1 loft area with bunk beds that can sleep 2, 1 Sofa Bed ( living room) that can sleep 2 and 2 full Bathrooms. •1 Private balcony (2nd floor), 1 private deck w/ BRAND NEW Hot Tub, BBQ grill w/LP gas •Hi-Speed WiFi 400 + Mbps •Two swimming pools, 1 across the street & 1 a mile away in Phase I of our resort. •Free parking onsite for 2 vehicles. •Access to streaming channels •Beary Peaceful is exactly 1 mile from the heart of Pigeon Forge. •Two out of the three large grocery stores in PF are 1 mile or less away.
