Experience Beaufort's Battery Creek from this recently-renovated Waterfront 1st-floor 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom end-unit condo in a gated community in Beautiful Beaufort South Carolina. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, comfy Queen bed, pull-out sofa, patio space & more! Close to Downtown Port Royal, Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head Island! Also visit Charleston and Savannah! Looking for a getaway? Or headed to Beaufort for a Marine Corps Graduation Ceremony at Parris Island? This is it!
I absolutely LOVE the Lowcountry area and have been a resident here since 2009. You have Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head areas all within a close drive to each other and very unique experiences! My favorite activity is to just get out and explore everything the area offers with my Husband Robert and our sons Robbie and Henry.
Almost directly across the street to the gated entrance to Parris Island for Marine Corps Graduation Ceremonies.
NO ACCESS - the community next door to the right with which we share a driveway called the Village at Battery Creek is OFF LIMITS to guests. This includes the pool, the firepit, the dock, boardwalk area over the water and common areas. Please respect this rule as we don't want to upset the owners next door.
BOAT DOCK - this is private for the complex next door and is off limits behind a gated keypad. If you wish to bring a small boat and trailer, you can park on site (limited availability) for an extra fee (Max 7 Days) BOOKED AND PAID IN ADVANCE before your arrival. You MUST let us know so we can check availability. There is a public boat launch - Parris Island Boat Landing - next door.
This is a very quiet, small condominium complex. For many owners, it's a weekend retreat. I have to keep the neighbors happy with my offering of this beautiful spot, which is why I have had to set the policy of no pets, no children under 12 and no parties. Please respect these rules. Please also understand that this is a first floor unit and it's possible you may hear noise from the unit above you. Thank you and I hope you enjoy your stay with us!
