Easy self-check-in via an electronic keypad on the front door. -To comply with the City of Lake Elsinore short-term rental laws, it is required that the host maintain a guest log with the following info: "The name, address and driver's license number, copy of the passport, or copy of other valid government identification of the primary adult guest of the short-term rental"; In addition: "The owner shall require that same adult guest to sign a formal acknowledgment that he or she is legally responsible for compliance by guests of the short-term rental with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the use and occupancy of the short term rental"; (Please see brochure in "Photos" for the city's STR rules.) **These things will be required upon booking. -We do get quite a few bees in the jacuzzi area that we are currently trying to deal with. -Bring your bug spray if you plan to be outside at night.
