This family house is nestled in Roundhill Village on 1/3 acre with two vacant lots on each side, which is great for privacy. You can even steal a peak of Lake Tahoe from the kitchen and deck! Our large kitchen includes a 6-burner gas stove with 2 ovens, which is great for an eat-in breakfast or dinner. A large side by side refrigerator and dishwasher complete the kitchen. On the deck,​ right outside the kitchen​, there is a BBQ stocked it propane (BBQ utensils are in the drawers right inside the sliding glass door) The upstairs​ living room is equipped with a 55-inch​ flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth Sony soundbar​ system that can play music from your phone, devices or the TV. There is also a double sided fireplace that is between the living room and the kitchen. This living room also has a pullout​ couch. Extra bedding and pillows are in the built-ins right inside​​e the master bedroom as well as a queen size airmatress in the master closet! There is also a large downstairs family room that has another large 55 inch tv, Pool Table foosball table and comes with a large bar, complete with a sink, dishwasher, and a small refrigerator. I am an outdoor sports enthusiast including all water sports, snowmobiling, dirt biking, mountain biking, hiking and everything this epic place let me learn to do. I now live part time in southern California in Sunset Beach and part time in Lake Tahoe when I get the chance! I have done everything throughout the city and have a lot of friends and connections so I can help you out with enjoyable plans or suggestions! This neighborhood is an amazing location. Very central for the area with beaches, a grocery store, and restaurants right outside the neighborhood about a mile from the home. World class Edgewood golf coarse and the casinos are anole about a 5 minute drive as well as a minute past that is the gondola to Heavenly Ski Resort!
