Bella Oasis is a modern, spacious 3,100 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2-story. This immaculately kept home features clutter free modern furnishings. It has a bright open kitchen perfect for large family dinners. Located in a kid friendly cul-de-sac; that includes peace, tranquility, and harmony for your family. Minutes to shops, restaurants, theaters, and games at the stadium. The home has plenty of activities to keep the kids engaged while each family member relaxes in their own private space.
If you stumble just make it part of the dance.
The home is located within a quiet family neighborhood, tucked inside a kid-friendly culdesac. The way to get around the El Mirage/ Surprise area is to drive. However, the neighborhood is perfect for family evening walks and bike rides. The closest grocery store is only 5 minutes away.
