Cozy waterfront property on the 1st floor!. Parking space directly in front of unit. Pool is also a few steps from the front door and fishing, BBQ and shuffle board right out your back door! Free shuffle board, fishing, BBQ, Olympic pool, rec center. Walk to the beach! Bird sanctuary across the street. Definite must visit John's Pass Village and boardwalk!!! Great area packed with shops, restaurants, bars, live entertainment, ice cream and more! Many other local bars, resteraunts and shops. Personal fav's are Keenan's Seafood Grill visited by the famous Guy Fieri from Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives! Gumbo Soup and octopus are delicious! Also Aqua Prime Seafood and Steak and The Original Crabby Bills for excellent crab legs! Guppies is also a favorite! Many, Many options for dining and entertainment just along Gulf Blvd! Boating and jet ski rentals, parasailing and more!
