With four bedrooms spread out over three elegant levels, Benoit Cottage boasts a stunning, artistic style and a premier location. Guests will enjoy access to all that Rosemary Beach has to offer— including effortless access to the sugary white beach, four glittering pools, eight tennis courts, and a bustling town center— while maintaining a feeling of privacy and seclusion. The beauty of Benoit Cottage begins in the soaring great room. The multistory vaulted ceiling is finished with natural cypress and highlights the floor-to-ceiling windows and tiled fireplace perfectly. A cream-colored sofa and neutral armchairs surround the unique carved wood coffee table and provide plenty of comfy space for everyone to relax and socialize. Glass doors lead outside to the sunny terrace. A striking, curved tile wall leads into the sleek and modern kitchen. Dark cabinets and a glossy lime green storage area surround the suite of stainless steel appliances— including a SubZero refrigerator, double Wolf ovens, and a gas range. There’s seating for eight at the dining table, as well as three bar stools at the glass bar on the island. A custom iron railing leads you downstairs to where three peaceful and private sleeping spaces await. The first is the primary bedroom suite— located at the end of the hallway and complete with a sumptuous king-size bed and attached bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom on this level is a bunk room with two built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds, while a third bedroom features a queen-size, four-poster bed. An additional full bathroom with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway. There is also a laundry nook on this floor with a high-efficiency washer and dryer.
