Because we are small time hosts on a unique property, we require guests to sign a waiver that they will take responsibility for themselves and their party during their stay to complete the booking.
We live in one of the homes on the property with our 2 young kids and 2 large dogs. The dogs are kept separate from the rental in our backyard. If you feel strongly either way about dogs, please let us know!
