Bishops Landing is one of the newest communities located just a short distance from Bethany Beach and the Ocean. It offers many amenities and is convenient to shopping. Enjoy the Olympic sized pool at the main community clubhouse where you will find a fitness center, yoga room, lounge area, ping pong tables and more. For those who enjoy the outdoors there are walking trails, a fishing pier, several ponds, tennis/pickleball courts, a playground and much more. There is a grill at the clubhouse and charcoal grills throughout the community for guest use. There is a shuttle bus that stops throughout the community and will take you to downtown Bethany Beach. Enjoy this great community and the many properties that CBV has to offer. Property Information: This vacation townhouse offers 3 bedrooms, plus den, 2.5 bathroom, living, dining, kitchen areas, garage, screened porch and patio. Special Comments: No Smoking. Street parking is prohibited at all times. The community will ticket if parked on the street. Park two cars in the driveway and two cars in the garage if allowed by the property owner. Overflow parking at the Clubhouse is available. The HOA allows each home eight (8) Community Passes. They must be shared amongst guests. Guest must complete the rental application provided by Bishops Landing within 10 days of reservation. HOA and Owner are provided copies of the Application and Agreement. Minimum 7-day rental. The HOA requires a resort fee to be paid that is included in the cost of your reservation and will be made on your behalf. The cost for 2025 is 90 dollars plus a charge for payment online of 2 dollars.70. Things to know Please note the following: This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
