This Sea Ranch home provides the perfect way to appreciate the pristine natural beauty of the area, with ocean views from every room, access to one of Sea Ranch’s favorite beaches for nature lovers, a private hot tub, and shared amenities like pools, saunas, and tennis. Tucked away in the unique community of The Sea Ranch, this classic ocean bluff home has ocean views from every room. It is surrounded by nature, with fields and greenery to the east and Walk On Beach a short stroll away. Nearby rec centers provide structured activities, including swimming in the shared pools, yoga classes, and fun games of tennis and pickleball. With a private hot tub waiting for you, however, it's tempting to just sit back and breathe in the fresh ocean air or take in the awe-inspiring view of the stars (minimal light pollution at Sea Ranch). Like many Sea Ranch homes, the Blue Heron was designed to integrate the indoor and outdoor environment using rustic wood, stone, multiple decks, window seats, and lots of light. While retaining these classic Sea Ranch features, the Blue Heron is newer than most homes at Sea Ranch, built in 2002 by notable architect Ted Smith. Over the past year, the owners have installed new carpet, refinished kitchen cabinets, and new windows and skylights. In 2023, brand new kitchen appliances were installed. The Blue Heron has an Electric Vehicle (EV) charger available for guests and the house is powered using solar energy, reflecting the owner's commitment to clean energy.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
