The accommodation includes one bedroom and one bathroom, with a queen bed featuring premium linens. A second queen bedroom is expected to be available in early December; guests may inquire for details if their stay is near that period. Additional sleeping accommodations may be available on request. The living area includes preserved architectural details, high-speed WiFi, a fifty-five-inch smart TV with streaming access, and in-room items such as a Nespresso machine, microwave, and mini fridge. The bathroom is equipped with a standard shower, fresh towels, and essential toiletries. A dining table and seating area are available for meals or work. Guests generally use the kitchen at different times, though private time slots can be arranged if preferred. Parking is available behind the property, with additional street and garage options nearby. A Tesla EV charger is also available. Amenities include a Peloton Bike+, an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, city bikes, a charcoal grill, a pizza oven, and HEPA air purifiers. Optional services include private chef meals, spa treatments, in-room dining, mid-stay cleanings, and the ability to combine this stay with larger accommodations or nearby waterfront homes. The standard rate applies to the first two guests. Each additional guest is charged fifty per person per day, and pets are welcome with a forty per pet per day fee.
