This beautiful duplex is brand new construction located in an incredible location for checking out some of the best areas in the city! Some of the artwork was contributed by local Philly artists that exposes you to amazing talents in this city! This home has a roof deck, a ground level outdoor patio, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 5 bdrm, 5 bath!

Looking to catch a concert or performance?... If so, you're in the right spot! This home is right around the corner from some of the best venues Philly has to offer: Union Transfer, The Fillmore, The Met, Franklin Music Hall, The Ave, Rivers Casino & Brooklyn Bowl are all super close. You're also located on the same block as some great dinner options... Juno, La Chinesca, The Institute, Roy-Pitz Barrel House, Restaurant Catracho & Love City Brewing are all within a short (1-3 minute) walking distance.
