Enjoy this tastefully decorated and spacious brand-new townhome in Ballard centrally located in a safe quiet neighborhood. The home is well-connected to other parts of the city - walking distance to multiple bus options, easy access to Fremont, UW, Seattle Downtown. Walk to the bustling 15th Ave where there's lots of dining, shopping and grocery options. This place is perfect for families, group travelers and multi-generational groups.

Neighbourhood information

Hip and trendy neighborhood northwest of downtown Seattle. Many bars, ice cream shops, tea and coffee parlors, and access to a lovely beach at Golden Gardens. Ballard Ave is the key retail street. If you stay here on Sundays, don't forget to check out the farmers on Ballard Ave!
