Sailor's Landing has been hosting guests in Fort Lauderdale since 2014! We are a small run company with our full time attention going into hosting our properties. Consisting of the actively involved owners and a small team including a guest manager and maintenance crew- we are committed to being attentive to our guests. Relaxing stay in the downtown Fort Lauderdale area in a quiet residential waterfront community. This small property features a ground floor 2 bedroom water view apartment and a separate building hosting either an upstairs one bedroom apartment with large screened in porch area for lounging or a ground floor smaller one bedroom apartment equipped with all essentials. Our living spaces features everything you need to have a comfortable home stay including equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms, free wifi, assigned parking, smart tv's and living / dinning spaces to relax and dine. Located on Fort Lauderdale New River this neighborhood provides waterfront homes all nestled in the heart of the city. Close to everything! 5 min to downtown shops/restaurants including Las Olas. 10-15 min drive to airport. 10-15 min drive to beach. Uber is a great easy way to get around No washer & dryer in apartments. There is a coin operated shared washer &dryer next door, (vacation rental apartment) which is also available to you as our guests. The two bedroom rear apartment features a water view but the other units do not have a water view.

The neighborhood is called Sailboat Bend-a peaceful boating community with waterfront historic homes-some preserved from the 1930's and up and has an old florida charm. Our property is situation on the natural river canal that goes straight out to ocean called the "New River". Its located right in downtown Fort Lauderdale. 5 min drive to bars,resturants, & nightlife. Located 10 min from beach and no more than 15 min drive from the FLL airport and Port Everglades.
