Just steps away, the living area offers plenty of seating options, stellar forest and mountain views, and a wood-burning fireplace. Breckenridge, the Keystone Resort, the Loveland Ski Area, and the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are all within 18 miles of this home, making this condo a skier's dream! Summer guests will enjoy being just five-and-a-half miles from the Dillon Reservoir, while superb fishing opportunities away in the Gold Medal waters of the Blue River. And at the end of the day, sample the wares at one of this area's excellent local breweries. THINGS TO KNOW There are currently no operational hot tubs or pools within this community. However, the pool across the street on Tokay Dr. is available for guest use. A 4x4 is recommended in winter.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
