This dog-friendly home is ideally located within steps of the Shell Beach Trail on the ocean side of California Highway 1, allowing guests easy access to Shell Beach, tide pools, and the picnic and play areas at One-Eyed Jack Park. It's also just three miles south of the Sea Ranch Golf Links and five miles from the restaurants and shops of downtown Gualala. Whether you're planning a multi-family getaway or a holiday vacation with your kids, you'll love this home's quiet cul-de-sac location and its unobstructed ocean and meadow views. The heart of this property is the great room, a wonderfully open space with cathedral ceilings, exposed wood paneling, and a wood-burning fireplace made of beautiful stone. It's the perfect place to curl up with a book, complete a puzzle with your children, or watch for passing whales on the distant horizon. Pick up some fresh local produce at the Surf Market in Gualala, and prepare homemade meals in the open gourmet kitchen. You'll have granite countertops, a six-burner gas range, and double ovens to assist you, as well as a dishwasher to take care of the clean-up.
