It’s close to shopping, 46 West wineries and the route to the coast, as well as the Paso Robles Golf Club. After a lovely time of vineyard tours, wine tasting, olive oil sampling, farmers markets, art galleries, a day at the lake or maybe a round of golf, call it a day and relax at this peaceful vacation home. This unique property boasts a sun-drenched swimming pool, and a picturesque backyard adorned with majestic oak trees. Situated above a lush green belt with a seasonal creek and scenic walking paths, Candlewood Creek offers a peaceful retreat. This inviting home features four bedrooms, with three of them furnished with king-size beds for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The fourth bedroom houses a queen-size Murphy bed that can be conveniently pulled down for additional sleeping space. The expansive gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with all the essentials and framed by windows that showcase a stunning view of the oak-filled surroundings. Relax and rejuvenate in this well-appointed home that caters to your every need. Unwind in the living spaces with four flat-screen TVs, stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy gatherings around the indoor gas fireplace or outdoor Gas BBQ. Additional amenities include a two-car garage, a separate laundry room, and a covered patio where you can bask in the beauty of the outdoors. Pool is not offered as heated. A five-hundred-dollar refundable security deposit is required, and the property manager will reach out for your credit card information after the booking is in place. City Permit #STR19-0011. We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. Dogs are only allowed with an additional twenty-five dollars a night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'.
