The living room includes a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, and a warming gas fireplace. An outdoor, furnished balcony is standard with all condos here, but you'll find that A104's is a bit bigger than most. Moreover, the views from here are some of the best in the complex! The well-equipped, full kitchen sits in an adjacent space next to the living room and comes with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Additionally, the dining area has a table for six, ideal for meals or family game nights. Guests will also enjoy on-site, resort-style amenities including a shared, heated pool, hot tub, and fitness room. This condo is conveniently close to Steamboat Springs and Gondola Square for quick access up the mountain for the best skiing and snowboarding around. And summertime visitors will be just as active, with plenty of biking, hiking, and water recreation options. And any time of year is a good time to visit Old Town Hot Springs where you can soak away your cares, take a fitness class, or get a massage. THINGS TO KNOW The pool and hot tub are open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The gym is open 24 hours a day. This property does not accept or participate in sports team events and/or discounts.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
