Rita is originally from the Canary Islands, Ron was born in Groningen Netherlands. We started hosting early 2019 and we find it very fulfilling meeting people from all over the world. We speak English, Spanish, Dutch and we can follow quite a bit of German.

Property information

Guest residence with one of the most spectacular views in Cape Coral FL - major canal with the river in the background. HIgh-speed internet 500 Mbps. Great place to be in Cape Coral. Plenty of shopping, restaurants as well as boating opportunities. Local beach is about 10 mins away, main beaches about half hour. Hot tub, heated pool, fishing on-site, canoe and kayaks available and we don't even charge a resort fee !! Boat dock available for rent. Sometimes you can see dolphins and manatees from the deck. Every weekend a lot of boats pass by the property on the way to the river - it is interesting to watch. There is a fish pond with waterfalls that will soothe your soul if you are in the DeLuxe King Suite with the windows open.

Neighbourhood information

Lots of restaurants within a 5 mile radius and the local beach is about 13 mins away. Nice neighborhood for walking with a lot of burrowing owl nests. Babies come in the spring. When walking in the winter time you will probably meet someone from your state or surrounding area.
