Ample parking, coin laundry, and a heated pool lend to a dream vacation rental experience for maximum comfort and relaxation.

Sandyland Studio is located right across the street from the Elm Street Entrance to Carpinteria Beach! It is blocks away from the main downtown strips that boasts local Breweries, Restaurants, Shopping, Coffee Shops as well as the Amtrak station. Walking distance to explore the Carpinteria Salt Marsh Nature Park as well as trails through the bluffs that take you to the Seal Sanctuary viewing area.
