Private garden apartment located in Denver's vibrant museum arts district. Custom cabinetry, elegant finishes, secure entry from private interior courtyard of the larger, main house. Fully furnished and equipped for short or longer stays; great for travelling executives or nurses. Fold out desk/dining table in armoir and 2 folding chairs in the unit. Parking for one car is included in (heated) garage; access to the apartment is through the garage, up one flight of stairs. <2 blocks from Civic Center, Denver Art, Clyfford Still, Denver History and Kirkland Museums; dozens of restaurants, shops, clubs and walkable to Convention Center and downtown Denver. Third guest possible if sleeping on the sofa, or a fold out foam floor pallet is available.
