The Century Oak House is a sparkling 2BR/2BA getaway nestled just down the street from Remi’s Ridge and Hayes Hollow. Hike to gorgeous waterfalls and views of the surrounding Hill Country. The Guadalupe River and Canyon Lake are also right down the road. LIVING AREA Make yourself at home in the stylish living room, furnished with ample plush seating and a 52” TV. KITCHEN & DINING Channel your inner chef in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Sample appetizers at the kitchen bar for three, then sit down to home-cooked meals at the sunlit dining table for six. BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-story home sleeps up to six guests between two suites. Unwind into vacation mode in the inviting master suite, furnished with two queen-size beds. The en-suite bathroom holds dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a water closet. Comfort awaits in the guest suite, configured with a queen-size bed, a 42” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A convenient kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. OUTDOOR AREA Sip refreshing beverages on your covered back patio, an ideal spot to watch for white-tailed deer. In the evenings, fire up the natural gas grill and host a cookout! EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS The Century Oak House is located on an estate with an adjacent duplex. If traveling with a larger group, consider renting one or both units in the duplex. Please note that the owner also lives on the estate. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a shared laundry facility on the property. Parking is provided for one vehicle in the shared parking area. Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. THE LOCATION The Century Oak House is located just a block away from Hidden Falls.
