This duplex is the perfect spot for lots of space and peace in our serene Beaverdale neighborhood. Located at the end of a caldesac, hardly any traffic or noise. Close to Drake - less than 2 minutes drive. Unwind in a spacious living area, enjoy three queen beds in 3 separate bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laudnry plus full kitchen. Whether it's a weekend getaway or a work trip, our home is perfect. Amenities like free off-street parking, WiFi, Roku TV, games and large yard.
