The home's full kitchen is well-equipped for family-style meal prep. Comfy seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living area. Electric fireplace is for guest use in the main bedroom. Guest must show lodging agreement for access to the pool. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
