The Sea Ranch Golf Links, the Sea Ranch Chapel, Walk On Beach, and Shell Beach are all within two miles. Downtown Gualala's cute markets, shops, and galleries are three miles up the coast. Completed in 2023, this all-electric home is full of eco-friendly details, from the clean Sonoma solar power to the heat pump cooling and heating. Step inside to find the main living area upstairs, maximizing the ocean view in the classic Sea Ranch style. Skylights and large windows fill the space with light, creating an inviting atmosphere for special gatherings.
