This two-story, fourth-level condo is located right across from the beach, offering the perfect home base for a sandy and beachy adventure! Golfers will love being so close to several courses for all levels - Lost Treasure Golf (one and a half miles), Beachwood Golf Club (one and a half miles), Mutiny Bay Miniature Golf (a bit further than a mile), and Surf Golf & Beach Club (two and a half miles). Another must-visit includes the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier (three miles) and Alligator Adventure (three and a half miles). The first floor of this captivating beach retreat boasts a spacious open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining table, and living areas. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious homemade meals for everyone in the fully-equipped kitchen. Complete with two full-size refrigerators, a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, it has everything needed for success! The adjoining dining table is huge, seating up to 14 people and there are three additional spots at the kitchen island. Once mealtime is over, kick back and relax in the sunny living area, featuring three comfortable sofas, a shelf with board games, and a TV with cable. From here, enjoy access to a roomy balcony with several chairs and partial views of the ocean. If you don't feel like staying home at all, make sure to stop by the community outdoor pool or surprise your friends with a tasty barbecue at the grilling station. The first floor also offers two bedrooms, each one with a TV, and two full bathrooms (one of them en suite). The second level features four additional bedrooms, three bathrooms, a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a family room with a poker table and a TV.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
