Our peaceful neighborhood is located near the intersection of I-35 and McCormick St. We are in a quiet single-family-home neighborhood with just 5 houses on our tree-canopied street, each on half acre or larger lots. It is a safe and family-friendly semi-dead end street. It is in close proximity to Apogee Stadium, UNT, 35W, Denia Rec. Center, Denia Park (great for running, walking or cycling), Outback Steakhouse, Rudy's BBQ, Chuck E Cheese, Mr. Frosty's Burger Spot, a Donut shop, Whataburger, Taco Bell, Sonic. And just minutes further you'll find Restaurant Row near the mall which includes Red Lobster, Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden, On the Border, Chilis, etc.
