Best combination of ocean, beach and pool view from the Cocoa Beach Club! Large heated pool right below balcony. Main level recently remodeled with new kitchen, bath, flooring and laundry closet. Upper level includes 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. New memory foam mattresses in bedrooms. Short walk to The Cocoa Beach pier! Quiet surroundings in family friendly condominium and short walk to restaurants and shopping.
I discovered Cocoa Beach kind of by accident about 10 years ago when vacationing in Orlando. When I was out on the Tiki Bar at the Cocoa Beach pier I had that peaceful easy feeling that I really wanted to own beach front property here and be able to live in Margaritaville every once in awhile. Now I can share that feeling and my residence with you at times when I’m away from Cocoa Beach. Always available through email and have local contact for the condo close by as well.
The condo is in a quiet residential area but a short walk to stores, restaurants, shopping and the world famous Cocoa Beach pier. Private access to beach from the condominium association property. Best way to get around is walking, bicycling, skateboarding or driving.
