This suite comes with a large, spacious, elegant living area with a spectacular bay view and a wall-mounted 85-inch flatscreen TV with a soundbar. This getaway offers a contemporary 60-inch modern fireplace that provides warmth and creates an elegant perfect space to spend quality time with the family. The dining room has a large, nine-foot dining table with seating for eight. The primary bedroom features a bay view through large glass floor-to-ceiling windows for impressive sunsets. The primary bedroom is accompanied by a spacious primary bath with a jetted tub and standing shower. There are two other guest bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen bed and one with two comfortable full beds. One of the bedrooms has a spacious office area with a desk and office chair for those who want to work and still have fun. All beds have multiple outlets and USB ports nearby to guarantee that your electronics are always charged. When you want a bit of fresh air, the private balcony is furnished with a high-top table and four chairs! Things to Know Free WiFi Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
