Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in and must be staying at the property. Additional Note:

Our home is in a small homeowner's association and all rules of the association must be followed. You agree not to trespass on neighbor's properties which include any other driveways on the private road we are on. You may only use our land and the road itself. We have a fine for trespassing.

The hot tub is included for the peak ski season (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional set up fee.

Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)

A dog is permitted with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee.
