North Padre Island has a plethora of water sports to choose from, from windsurfing to yachting, so if being on the water is your idea of bliss, you’ll have plenty of options. Drive 15 minutes to Wind & Wave to rent a kayak and paddle out. The townhome is part of a gated community that boasts a community pool with sun loungers and 2 cabana kitchens, a grill area, a first-to-use boat slip and observation deck, all available for guest use. At the end of the day, head to the Boathouse Bar and Grill for fresh seafood and drinks, half a mile away, or try Dragonfly for French-inspired cuisine, 2.5 miles away. Upstairs, the main living area features gorgeous hardwood flooring. The living area is furnished with leather seating for five and a 40” TV. A bonus seating area includes an armchair and a leather sleeper sofa. A full bathroom across the hall has a tub/shower combination and single granite vanity. In the kitchen, classic cabinetry and granite countertops gleam. Stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove/oven and dishwasher, serve your every culinary need, along with plenty of countertop equipment. Enjoy meals at the dining table, or gather around the breakfast countertop with seating for everyone. Throw open the doors to the patio and enjoy crisp breezes; there’s a second patio on the other side, too. Up another flight of stairs, you’ll find the bedrooms.
