Drive 15 minutes to the Heavenly Gondola, or spend an afternoon exploring the restaurants and shops in the Village. Ride bikes and grab a bite at Camp Richardson, 3 miles away. LIVING AREA Large sliding glass doors afford lovely water views in the living room. Curl up on the sectional couch and enjoy a movie on the 55in TV, or step out and watch the boats pass by from your back patio. KITCHEN & DINING The updated kitchen has stainless appliances and ample granite countertop space. There's also a breakfast bar with seating for three. Open to the kitchen, the dining table seats six. BED & BATH Sleep soundly in a king bed in the primary bedroom; enjoy water views and a private balcony with bistro seating for two. The en-suite bath includes a double vanity, tub/shower combination, and extra vanity area that opens to the main hallway. Adjacent, a bunk room is furnished with a full-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. On the entry level, another guest room features a queen bed. The adjacent bathroom offers a walk-in shower. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and outdoor parking two cars are provided. A marina is two minutes down the road for boat launches. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. This property is not equipped with air-conditioning. All leases require a minimum 31-day term. LOCATION Tahoe Keys offers tons of amenities for a small fee.
