Located in the historic neighborhood of Prospect Hill, this stay is minutes away from all Cincinnati major attractions, while providing all the comforts of home. The Space The front exterior of the home exudes country cottage, open the gate, and come inside. We hope that you have a lovely time! You’ll find the living room an excellent place to get cozy, turn on the fireplace and relax with a movie. Feeling playful? Head into the dining room and open one of the many board games offered or pull a book from the built-in bookcases where many titles and genres have been provided. Step into the newly remodeled kitchen and enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages or use the antique tea set to have a warm tea or coffee. Check out the private backyard, where you can watch a movie on the outdoor projector and screen. Afterwards, head upstairs to the plush bedrooms to work or rest your head after a full day. Please enjoy the complimentary snacks, beverages, reading materials and toiletries. Guest access Enter through the front gate and access the front door with the code provided. The parking available is street parking and is first come first serve. There is a small parking lot across the street used by the local daycare, in a pinch – you can park there after hours. (Park here at your own risk, they have tow signs). There are 5 steps leading up to the front door, and two small flights of stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms, keep this in mind if you have mobility needs. We share a wall with our neighbor next door, who owns 2 small dogs. You may hear them bark from time to time. Guests must be 25 and older to book a stay. Locals without reviews will not be accepted. No smoking inside the home. No parties at this property. No pets.
