Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is the perfect place. Great vacation retreat in South Bethany Beach. Fully furnished beach house with 1st floor master bedroom and two bedrooms upstairs. It has 2 1/2 baths. It's just a short 1.5 mile bike ride to the beach, fine restaurants and shops of Bethany Beach. Enjoy the community swimming pool, tennis/pickleball court and several ponds stocked with fish. Sleeps 8.
My husband and I are new to hosting on Airbnb. We have been guests many times but this is a new venture for us. Our goal is to make the guests' stay memorable and enjoyable. We love to travel, play pickleball and socialize with friends. We love meeting new people and learning about other cultures. We will be in touch with you to get you started with your stay. After you get settled in, we will leave you to enjoy your time at the cottage. If you encounter any issues or have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The house is a yellow cape cod with blue shutters and one car garage. There is a two car driveway and street parking. The address sign is on the mailbox across the street. "Villages of Clearwater" development is located off Muddy Neck Road. We are less than 2 miles to Bethany boardwalk and beach. The neighborhood consists of single family homes, two large ponds and a community swimming pool and tennis/pickleball court. Because there is very little traffic in the neighborhood, it's a great place to walk, ride bikes, etc. If you want to rent bikes, it's an easy ride to the Bethany boardwalk, beach, great restaurants and shops. If you hop in the car, you can drive 30 minutes south to Ocean City, Maryland or 30 minutes north to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. There are many entertainment venues in all these areas: Restaurants/bars/live music/golf/movies/golf/arcades/amusement parks/bike trails. Walk, ride bikes, car, uber. The cottage is 3 hours from BWI Airport. You will be 30 minutes from Ocean City, Maryland and 30 minutes north to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. If you rent bikes, you are 5 minutes from Bethany Boardwalk and beach which offers many restaurants and shops.
