This is a cozy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom with outdoor patio looking out to large front yard. Onsite parking for one car. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator with icemaker, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and electric blender. The bedrooms have closets and linens are provided. Towels are provided. There is a living room with flat screen TV. There is also a dining room table that seats 4. Laundry facilities are located in the garage which is shared with the guests who might be renting out the mother-in-law unit at the back of the property. Beach gear is in the garage as well for all to share.
I have been a resident since 2012 and have been hosting since 2015 I am a bookkeeper I love cooking, the beach and traveling. I like to give my guests space but an available at any time. I live about 15 minutes away.
The house is located in a desirable neighborhood minutes from the bay. There is an aquatic center 2 blocks away. Olympic size pool with a fitness center in the park. free tennis courts and a basketball court. There is also a dog park in the park as well as a walking trail. Downtown with all the restaurants and entertainment, cinema, theaters, comedy club, The Van Wezel are just minutes away by car. Siesta Key beach and Lido Beach are both a 15 minute drive away. There is a farmers market downtown on Saturdays. Publix, Aldi and Mortons food hall are in the neighborhood.
