We started this business venture with our personal ties to Belgrade, Maine and all that it has to offer. We wanted each of our guests to experience the wonders of Belgrade Stream and the adjoining Messalonskee Lake. Since we’ve started this adventure, we have expanded to another lake town where we also have fond memories that we are hoping to share with our guests. We are now also located on the prestigious Cobbosseecontee Lake in Winthrop, Maine and we are happy to share each of our properties. All unique in their own way, we hope that no matter what you are vacationing in Maine for, that we are a part of your destination! All of our properties are located within 10 minutes from the Maine State Capital of Augusta and about one hour away from Acadia National Park. Our Belgrade Properties are a hop and skip away from the historic Belgrade Lakes region and 45 minutes away from Sugarloaf Mountain. Our properties are ideal for any and all vacationers looking for a getaway and any kind of adventure!

Situated in the most pristine location that easily connects you to local shops and attractions but also secluded enough to offer a luxurious getaway on the water. We are lucky to be a part of Winthrop, Maine! There are so many charming local shops and eateries nearby in downtown Winthrop. We are down the road from one of the most famous ice cream shoppes in Maine, Fielders Choice! If you are new to Maine or new to this area, we definitely recommend! The theater at Monmouth is always a great family outing if you happen to be visiting when a production is playing! We are close to Hannaford (a local grocery store) in downtown Winthrop as well as in Augusta as well! Here at the cottage, our quaint neighborhood is quiet and serene. You will find more noise made by the loons than anything else! The quiet dirt road let’s guests walk around and look at the surroundings. Feel free to adventure as best as you can in this very small neighborhood! The local neighbors are all friendly and welcoming.
