Immaculately renovated bungalow in a private oasis providing easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment and adventure. We are just over a mile from downtown and the great eats, drinks, museums and shopping it offers. For the adventurer/explorer, Dupont Forest, Ride Kanuga, French Broad tubing/kayaking and the Blue Ridge Parkway are all within 15 miles. However you spend your day you will love returning to the quietness and peacefulness of this well appointed home.
