For a light and airy beach cottage feel, Crystal Sands 210B has what you need. You will be on the second floor with a breathtaking view from a private balcony. Enjoy the crisp pastels and beachy, cottage-style furnishings, and the nicely tiled floors, with an area rug in the living area. The dining table seats four, and there are two barstools for plenty of seating. The kitchen has light wood cabinetry, the full complement of housewares, and full-size appliances. The master bedroom features a gorgeous king bed, custom tropical bedding, and off-white cottage furniture. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and cozy, patterned bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, as well as a Jack-and-Jill half bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer as well. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation. Things to know: The pool in this building is closed until January 1, 2026, for repairs. The guest can use the pool in the A building. The pool code is the same in both buildings.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
