This house was built in the early 1900s and has been fully renovated. It is a little piece of history that makes an amazing get away for our guests.
I am an attorney, and my husband and I renovated this house so that we could share our love for the western slope with others.
This home is located just blocks from downtown Fruita where are you will find great eateries and awesome breweries. We are just a short distance from awesome hiking and renowned mountain biking trails.
