Offering a main house with a view of the ocean, a sheltered outdoor courtyard, and additional sleeping quarters just across the breezeway, this home will fully immerse you in the beauty of the Northern California Coast. Enter by way of the courtyard into the main portion of the home, adorned with richly hued natural wood and a wall of picture windows that frame the ocean, the meadow, and the neighboring cypress. To one side of the great room are an airy, modern kitchen and a large dining room table, both with views of the ocean. To the other are a sitting area warmed by a gas fireplace, a streaming-capable flatscreen TV, and a bistro table that's ideal for board games and puzzles in the afternoons. There's even a day bed behind the fireplace where you can read while keeping one eye open for whale spouts on the horizon. Come home from a walk on the oceanfront Bluff Trail to unwind in the outdoor courtyard, where you can savor the rest of your morning coffee or get the gas grill going for lunch in the ocean air. The rest of the day can be reserved for the outdoor pool, tennis court, and saunas at the nearby Moonraker Recreation Center. At night, you'll find one ocean view bedroom and an adjacent full bathroom in the main part of the house. The other two bedrooms, a second full bathroom, and the laundry room await just across the courtyard in their own part of the house. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
