Enjoy a comfy retreat in this trilevel cabin on a peaceful, private, wooded lot tucked away in the beautiful Lake Toxaway community. Brimming with rustic elegance, no detail has been spared in this recently updated home with high-end furnishings and fixtures galore. The main level offers a beautiful open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, and a cozy, updated kitchen outfitted for a chef! The Great Room on the main level has a sectional sofa, two plush swivel chairs, 55” TV with Roku Soundbar, two Sonos bluetooth speakers, and a bar cabinet outfitted to entertain. The open kitchen features granite countertops, This room also includes a dining table with bench seating that seats 8-10 people. From the Great Room, access the expansive covered deck with enough seating for the entire family to enjoy the lush forest views on the 18th hole of the golf course with mountain views in the distance. There is a brand-new Napoleon gas grill on the deck for the chef in the family! The main level has two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom on the main floor with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs offers two additional bedrooms - one with a king bed (considered the master bedroom) and the other with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom on this upper floor with a tub/shower combo for these two bedrooms to share. There is ample closet space in each bedroom. The downstairs bonus room is the perfect hideout for the kids to take over with a queen bed and two twin beds or another small family to have privacy. The bonus room has a large sleeper sofa, queen bed and two twin beds, and 50” TV with Roku Soundbar, large closet, as well as a full bathroom. There is a large utility room on the downstairs level with brand new Maytag washer and dryer and a second refrigerator to store any overflow from the kitchen refrigerator.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
