Amenities are unavailable (including the pool & kiddie pool) and that this property has some after effects caused by the two 2022 back-to-back hurricanes and most recently, Hurricane Milton, that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storm. The condo unit is currently available based on it being in a rentable condition; the effects may be, but are not limited to, building amenities being down and building exterior cosmetics items. We are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our condo unit!! Please inquire before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay as this information is evolving. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable.***
