If you see cheaper rates on certain days it means the common area will be shared such as the living-room and kitchen; Higher Rates you have the Entire place to yourself. This is a Non-Smoking place, heating/cooling AC in the unit, Floor-to-Ceiling Windows that pour in light all day and it is the perfect spot to enjoy spectacular sunsets views from Sara Delano Roosevelt Park, 3 bridges, and One World Trade Center.
