A brand-new 3-bed, 2-bath home designed for river days and desert rides. Guests enjoy an outdoor kitchen, gazebo, and covered parking for boats or side-by-sides just one mile from the launch ramp. Inside is clean, cool, and fully stocked with fast Wi-Fi, streaming TVs, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
We love the Colorado River, off-road adventures, and time spent with family and friends. Hosting lets us share the Parker lifestyle—mornings on the water, evenings under desert skies—with guests who value comfort, space, and a place that feels like home. We take pride in providing a spotless, easy stay so you can focus on making memories.
The home sits in a quiet, laid-back neighborhood originally built for vacation homes—peaceful, friendly, and close to everything that makes Parker fun. The Colorado River is less than a mile away for boating, fishing, and floating, and desert trails start right off the nearby streets for off-road adventures. Guests can visit the famous Desert Bar, play a round at Emerald Canyon Golf Course, or try their luck at the BlueWater Casino.
