BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES: RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates. PARKING PASSES: 2 car max no passes required.

3 Palms West is a 2 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bathroom, 870 sq. ft. cottage is located at 507 West 1st Ave in Gulf Shores Alabama.   Large party? You can rent both sides of this duplex! There is an easy access door that connects both properties. Each side sleeps 6 for a total of 12 if you rent the entire duplex.  Even larger party? We also manage the house directly next door (it’s called “Hook, Wine, & Sinker”). It sleeps 8. If you rent both the duplex and the house next door, you will have sleeping accommodations for 20.  ***This property is dog friendly; however, you must notify the staff that you are bringing your dog along with you. We require and additional dog fee to cover the excess cleaning from dog hair.  This is a 2 dog max both 40 pounds or less. *** 2 car max no parking passes required THE PROPERTY    Primary Bedroom: King  Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Sleeper Sofa in Living Room  The main level offers a cozy living area with new sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table and coastal décor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. Also on the main level is a half bath, small dining table, bar area, and the kitchen opens up to a large deck that is shared with the other side of the duplex. Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed and a Guest Bedroom with a Queen size bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Master Bedroom opens up to a large balcony that is shared with the other side of the duplex. This duplex is dog friendly with payment of a non-refundable dog fee which covers the extra cleaning required due to dog hair.
